SUP Yoga 

 

What better way to start your day than combining yoga and paddle-boarding, exercise your mind, body and soul simultaneously. During our retreats we will guide you through simple balance poses, gentle stretches and core strength exercises that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to go for the day.

Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Vinyasa’s strength is in its diversity. There is no single philosophy, rulebook, or sequence that teachers must follow, so there is a lot of room for individual personalities and quirks to come through.

This makes it essential that you find a teacher you enjoy and can relate to.  If you like having things a little loose and unpredictable and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try. Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection", come with us as we take it one step further and connect with nature on the water. 

Our retreats allow more time to enjoy a well rounded flexable activities for a relaxed trip on the water.

SUP Yoga/Pilates Retreats

 SUP Meditation Retreats

 

The best way to meditate is while you are on the water, that's why we have combined the practice of meditation with stand up paddling. 

Water in and of itself brings a meditative feeling. This class will assist you to find focus quicker, still your mind faster and feel your body playing all while enjoying the water. You may even get an up close and personal meeting with some of our enlightened friends, the egrets, turtles, swans or geese.

Tours:

Paddle-board & kayak

Take a journey paddling the the river or pond and marshlands on our Paddle-board or kayak rentals. Not only will you enjoy the beautiful views, but you will become one with the abundant natural vistas and wildlife which are part of forge pond all while taking advantage  of  the natural workout as your paddling!  

Private lesson $75      2-4 $50   Limited tour size     

 

This 90 minute length allows for time to enjoy the treasures of Forge pond with a sunset finaly....

 Intro to Flat Water paddleboarding

 

This basic class teaches you the fundamentals of paddle boarding. We will teach you how to get on your board and stay on your board and share tips about how to maintain balance while afloat. You’ll also learn different paddling techniques. You’ll leave this stand up paddle board lesson feeling comfortable with your board.

Private lesson $90      2-4 $70  Limited class size. 

 

This class is for the basics and about an hour in length.
